A Couple Message Tips and Tricks

(Note: our software will automatically truncate the URL name, for display purposes only, at the first forward-slash after the domain name.) You could also add a mailto link to your message by typing in your e-mail address... Before you do this, please consider that you'll probably will get a mailbox full of “spam” e-mails. Some of the spammers have gotten pretty sophisticated, and developed computer programs that automatically surf the internet looking for new e-mail addresses to add to their mailing lists. --- There are several useful "BBcode" tags for changing the appearance of text. They're demonstrated and listed below. (When you actually use them, remove the extra spaces between the square brackets and the code letters.) Boldface: Enclose your text with [ b ] and [ / b ] Italics: Enclose your text with [ i ] and [ / i ] Underline: Enclose your text with [ u ] and [ / u ] Quotations: To make quotations really stand out... enclose them with [ quote ] and [ / quote ]. Quote: Horizontal Rule: Place a horizontal line in your post with [ hr ] |
