How big is our group?
When Peter Sumyk activated his registration earlier this evening, he became our 1500th member!
Peter's UserName is "cobie" and he owns an Arntz Cobra. When he posted a question about his car's MGB-based steering system, he was the 722th member to post on this message board. Pretty cool, eh? The board continues to grow and add members very steadily. Between the board and the main BritishV8 website, we log over 3500 different ("unique") visitors every single day. Peter also sent me an e-mail, asking if BritishV8 has any other Arntz Cobra owners in our group. We very well might, but I don't recall anyone mentioning theirs... Are you one of the people who reads BritishV8 but doesn't post here? Why not introduce yourself in the "Introduce Yourself Here" thread at the top of the Pub section? We want to welcome new people... and frankly we're curious to know about your cars. Do YOU own an Arntz Cobra? How about a Tojeiro, an Austin Seven, a Humber Super Snipe, or a London Taxi? An MGB, a Spridget, a Spitfire, or a TR6 perhaps? Whatever your taste or budget in British iron, we're interested to hear from you. |

Re: How big is our group?
I think Arthur's Cobra might be an Arntz.

Re: How big is our group?
I believe Arntz was one of the first Cobra replicas , and several used MGB front subframes before going to the Mustang/Pinto style.

Re: How big is our group?
I believe that was right, and Arthur's car did use the MGB suspension. It had a hole cut in the crossmember and the whole thing was hot-dip galvanized. He swapped it out for a Fast Cars IFS and gave us the original one, which was still unused.
