The message board server may have hiccuped around lunchtime today and lost several recent message board posts. (I noticed one of my posts went missing, plus I got a note from another user.)

If you posted something today and then the post later disappeared, please let me know whatever details you can.

It might help me diagnose a problem and avoid a recurrence.

I didn't manually delete any posts today.

No server maintenance was done today.

The message board software didn't send me any error messages.

So I don't have many clues to work with...

I apologize for any inconvenience.

I lost the post that I later replaced yesterday morning on the thread about valve springs. A post from Jim Blackwood went missing, also. May have been in the same thread.

Briefly thought it was my computer. Then, my whole cable system went down for 5-6 hours. Lost internet, phone, & TV cable. The phone (land line) & TV cable, I can do without. The internet? Ouch. Couldn't even stream Netflix to watch Arrow (Green Arrow). Give me Fiber, please!
