Did you get yours?
The round black-and-white vinyl BritishV8 stickers (as shown above) are all gone now. Only 1000 were printed. I don't know when / if there will be another sticker offer. If there is, the design will be different. Just because... Did you stick yours someplace interesting? Post a snapshot here! |

Re: Did you get yours?
Good luck on your upcoming surgery. Keep us posted. I've needed a knee replacement for 15 years but have postponed it for very good reasons.

Re: Did you get yours?
Well Guys I made it. Thanks to all of you for your thoughts and wishes.
I had a total knee replacement on Friday at 10:30. I remember Mary at 2:00 telling me everything went perfect and the doctor's comment that "the knee joint was worse than indicated on the X-ray. They had me up and walking(not very far) that night. Friday night's sleep went without a hitch (pretty pain free because of medication). Saturday was another story as the meds wore off and I had physical therapy twice. Saturday evening seemed to last forever as you know "they wake you after you finally fall asleep to ask "how is everything going". Sunday morning, Physical therapy and OT before 10:00. Not looking forward to another whole day or so in the hospital, I forced myself to look good to all the necessary people and was given permission to go Home. I called Mary and she picked me up. On the way home I felt every bump and pothole that Mary could find and was extremely happy to be home again. (Actually Mary did a fine job but I was one very tender Spurite and could feel everything. It is now Wednesday and I'm getting bored. Less pain, more movement, swelling going down, Mary making sure I do everything on therapy list, living the life. Therapy 3 times a week with a great looking Therapist. Thanks again for your concern, it definitely helps. See you in INDY !! Paul |

That's awesome Paul!
It's pretty amazing that they can get you up and around that fast. Keep up the hard work and pretty soon it will all just be a memory. Live like you mean it. Fred |

Re: Did you get yours?
Glad to hear that you're doing well. Just a heads up, if you have any shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, call 911 immediately at the very first sign. DON'T WAIT, your life WILL depend on it.
