My name is Chris. I'm from Ft. Worth Tx. I bought a partially restomodded 1964 Triumph TR4 with a 5.0L Ford w/ a T5 tranny. It's a fun little car but straightening out the previous owner's work has been a little frustrating. I also just added a 1989 Jaguar XJS V12 convertible to my stable. Anyway, I hope to get to know some of you and swap some stories...

Welcome Chris, nice cars, especially that yellow TR. Plenty of company down your way with other V8ers. Hope you can make it to Indy this summer.

Nice cars Chris & welcome. Would love to see more of the TR. That body TR (4/4a/250) has always been one of my favorites. I'm down in Cypress (outside Houston) but get up to the DFW area fairly regularly. If you're going to Indy this summer -- which I highly recommend -- I'll be driving & likely meeting up with some folks along the way.

Welcome Chris to one of the best forums and fellows you'll ever meet.(online or in person)

I have friends from West Coast-East Cost-Canada!

The 5.0 is a rip in a Triumph! Love that low end torque stop light to stop light........I mean spirited driving!

We need to see more, post pictures.

I'm a born and raised Texan, living in WV, driving the tires off my TR6 V8, 5.0 HO

Nice rims also.

Chris, go to the "meetings" box at the top of this screen and view current and past British V8 shows.

I'd love to go to Indy. I have family up there that I hardly ever see. I've got some things to do to the TR4, like fix the slave cylinder and I need to fabricate a shroud around the fan to help cooling.

Chris, let me know if you want to synch up. I haven't planned the details of the trip but am planning to head out a couple of days earliy & go east, then north. Hook up with Kelly Stevenson on the way.

Hey Rob, not sure if I'm going yet. I was thinking of trailering the car up there if I do go....
