now for something completely different

We're overdue for having a new t-shirt design.

I've considered lots of design ideas. I like several of them. But I'm still looking for something really "different" and "distinctive". Maybe "shocking" or "irreverent" too.

Keeping in mind that this is just a quick-and-dirty mock-up, please tell me your reaction to this artwork idea:

(Some stylized text would be added, and the "8" would be styled differently.
A different logo would appear on the opposite side of the shirt.)

Would you buy and wear a t-shirt with this logo on it?

Not very original, but I have seen several shirts modeled after the "Keep Calm and Carry On" theme. "Keep Calm and Drive aBritish V8", or ---- and drive an Improved British Sportscar". Someone clever will come up with something.

I really like it! But of course Churchill is a hero of mine, so I am prejudiced...I think this famous quote from him would be more than appropriate for the front of a British Modified T Shirt....

"To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often"

Just a few of Churchill's many humorous/insightful comments.................

A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on.
You have enemies? Good. That means you’ve stood up for something, sometime in your life.
History will be kind to me for I intend to write it.
The farther backward you can look, the farther forward you are likely to see.
Courage is the first of human qualities because it is the quality that guarantees all the others.
An appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile—hoping it will eat him last.
