Reportedly, goes into effect, July 1, 2015. It's called Sanef ITF, plugs into your cars' computer, so "brother" knows what ,where and when, with your car, for even better taxing purposes, and beyond....? Thanks to car insurance companies, for helping "brother", with the grand scheme of things. This smells. Comments ? roverman.

They have a calculator on the OreGo website so you can estimate if it would save you any money. It seems to penalize people with more efficient cars, unless I am missing something. They say they are only tracking how many miles you drive, but the telemetry is in place to do a lot more than that. Of course we are watched constantly via traffic cams, etc. Are we living in 1984 or what?
