Hey Curtis,

Are you going to be ordering any more tee shirts? Mine's looking a bit well used;-)

Bill

This is pretty high on my to-do list.

Shirt designs have been really fun to create, and I enjoy wearing the shirts too. I don't have any enthusiasm for repeating an old design though. In fact, I want the next design to be VERY different. Maybe tattoo or graffiti inspired... but still distinctly "British" and a bit old school. Maybe just a one-color silk screen again.

I'm keen to do another run of window decals too.

Try to do a design that uses less ink. The ones with lots of ink do not breathe well.

How about "British V6"?

Not wanting to be whiny, and it's certainly not that I feel left out at all, but it is a bit awkward displaying a British V8/Spurious V8 logo with ~just~ a V6 under the bonnet. (Well actually, in my case, the spurious part is more true than for you V8 folks! ;-) )

Oh well, never mind! Need more coffee!

Mickey

Mickey...hopefully this little story will get you through the day...chuckle....when I was at the St. Louis MG meet about 15 years ago, (with my 60* V6 gt) I met up with Ken Costello...father of the bop V8 powered MGB....Ken spent a lot of time analyzing my gt engine bay and asking a multitude of questions about the install etc. At the end of our discussion, Ken told me that if the 60* V6 had been available "back in the day", it would have been his first engine of choice for installing/converting an mgb to a more modern/powerful engine.....he even signed an engine bay inspection plate for me and the builder, Dann Wade. (Rest in peace)
Having said that, the V8 nomenclature is really a symbol of the boldness and creativeness of ALL of these finely engineered and improved british sports cars..
Now...(tongue in cheek) doesn't that make you feel better?

Carl...you sniffed it out! I was trying to make the point while excluding the painful (for Mickey) final chapter of the story...!
