For those of you concerned about border crossings or cancellations/restrictions due to Covid-19:
We have a good cancellation policy for the event itself should the borders remain closed or more restrictions on public gatherings are put in place by the State or Federal government, etc. If we have to cancel the event due to restrictive State or Federal mandates, we will refund your registration fee (less the cost of any regalia and postage costs incurred in mailing this regalia to you). As long as you follow the cancellation policy of the hotel you should not suffer a loss there, either. |

UPDATE!
We called the Comfort Inn and renegotiated the room rate.. Our new room rate is $98 plus tax per night. It was previously previously $109/night plus tax. Also, anyone with an existing reservation will have their room rate adjusted to $98/night plus tax. 😊 |

Half of the rooms in our block at the hotel have been reserved. Please don't procrastinate in making your reservation....or registering for the event. |

We are fast approaching British V8 2021 Auburn Indiana June 1st - 5th. As you know, we have an annual auction that helps fund the events and need auctions items to make it successful. Were looking for new and used parts, tools, accessories, hand crafted items and anything interesting that you would like to share. Reach out to your friends and neighbors for donations. Had hoped to make it, but not in the cards, as we have a couple of long trips planned in the motor home, and spent some major funds on landscaping and a deck at the house. Y'all have fun!

I’ve delayed registering for the meet due to health issues. Just got the green light from my Doc.
I look forward to seeing everyone June 1st. The hotel is full does anyone have an extra bed? I plan to pull my Runaway trailer so I can sleep in it. |

It's getting close. Not sure if we'll have Drew's car driveable in time. Will be down to the wire. If not, we'll both be there in mine (now with sequential port fuel injection).

I made my reservation in March; today I called to confirm it, and was told by the clerk that Comfort Suites has no record of my reservation and that the hotel is full. So I made a reservation at the Wingate....

Larry - I just called to reconfirm my reservation and mentioned I was calling because a buddy (you) was having an issue with their reservation. She asked me your name... They didn't have a reservation for Larry Shimp but, I'm 99.999% sure you do have a reservation... They have a Lawrence Shimt out of Burlington, WI for the BV8 dates... I'm thinking they just got your name spelled wrong 🤣🤣🤣

I believe he called today & grabbed the room that became available due to a cancellation. When I spoke to them earlier today, they only had a Larry from Florida registered.
