I was trying to find out some information about the VIR Kart Track and came across this. Looks like a LOT of fun.

I'd be surprised if that was a rental. I think the rental kart was the one he blew by. :)

Re: Important Notice About... your registration for BritishV8 2009
Hey All:
1) It's gonna be bloody hot down here! Shirts will be WHITE. B) Karting WILL be a blast. The karts are supposed to be "evenly" matched, but the guys who run it can tell you which ones are a "little" faster and which ones handle better. That being said, you're just gonna be assigned to a kart, anyway! |

Re: Important Notice About... your registration for BritishV8 2009
Max, I'll take a white one, but like Jim would prefer a darker color no matter how hot it is. I'm planning on signing up for the karts, but you guys will only have a rolling chicane if I'm out there so be careful and don't leave any tire tracks over me! ;)

RE: White shirts.
Yeah, well. Decisions had to be made. ;-/ I didn't remember anyone ever DOING a white shirt before ("Geez, wonder why?") and while the DIRT quotient goes up, so does the comfort level. If it's as HOT as it was at last year's Gold Cup (100F-- 138 track temp!) and I'd done a DARK shirt, you'd all be complaining then, too! :-) m |

Just hope for a majority of the people and it is successful. Thanks for all your time and effort. SAFETY FASTER! |

Well, I sent mine in, but failed to finish addressing the envelope. Fortunately, I did put a return sticker on it. I'll burn another stamp & send it back out tomorrow.
