I saw this indoors at a dealership when I went to appraise another car for someone to buy there.

and it is as cool as it looks in the pictures.. the mileage looks correct the rocker panels are solid and original I would say that it's probably never had any serious rust or rust through and this is what they're asking for it
.. just to give you an idea what other 70 late / late 70s MGB roadsters maybe worth

I vaguely remember when my '79 had one of those under the bonnet. My wife asked if we we were going to keep it in case we wanted to put it back. Eighteen years later, I still can't imagine going back to that!
