I have an original Rover SD1 oil pump base which includes the angled oil filter mounting flange. This unit is used and as such has some scoring on the face where the gears contact but it's not too bad. For a small fee I can have this machined locally to make the surface completely fresh again but I'm not sure it's really necessary.

These mounts angle the filter forward and down from the front of the block and have been used in MGB V8 conversions depending on engine and steering rack location. I have attached one photo showing the gear face, but could mock this up on an engine if you need to see the exact orientation. Contact me via PM for more detailed pics of the unit and the gear face.
