This adapter is a Moroso unit, p/n 23710. It has left hand inlet and right hand outlet plus a thread on the top for a temp sensor or oil pressure takeoff. This unit has 1/2 NPT threads in the main housing for oil line connections and uses 3/4-16 threads for the filter mount which fits common style filters such as Fram HP-1.
