A medical situation has put me in a position to have to sell my toys. I have had it listed as 72 TR6 MONSTER on this forum with lots of bites, but that's it. It really is one hell of a car, and I am only selling it to ease the strain on my family. Thank you. Rick Vandenberg

Could someone fly in to you, jump in this car and drive home anywhere in the US? How steep is the learning curve on driving this beast?
Just a thought. Where is nearest airport?

Arvada is at the northern edge of Denver, so you'd fly into Denver International Airport. A shuttle from the airport would take less than half an hour.

Of course you can jump in it and drive it home. It is very reliable. I would be glad to pick you up at DIA. I don't think there is a learning curve, my wife can drive it. Just like so many other cars on this forum, it is a lot of fun to drive. Thank you. Rick Vandenberg

SOLD!!! The car was picked up this morning. Boy this guy was excited. It really is quite a rush to go from not to 60 in 4 sec. without NOS and still make the corner at the end of the straight. In all honesty, the car was brutally fast. I had it at 150 mph in 3rd, and let off, never going into 4th. Besides an ongoing personal health issue, one fact was perfectly clear. My son would never drive this car. I wish you all the best. If I manage to recover, perhaps someday I will build something else. Thank you all, Rick Vandenberg

I wish you well on your health journey. I know from experience that very good things can take place when you least expect it. Whoever bougt the car got a screamin' deal. I hope they post a lot of pictures so you can see the action shots. Good luck!

Congrats on the sale Rick. I'm sure it was with mixed emotions. You had a great car & whoever bought it got a steal. I hope you get through whatever the medical issue is; miracles do happen.
