More parts for sale (MGB and Rover/GM stuff)
I have a few parts for sale to try to raise some funds to finish my V8 conversion. Price does not include shipping which will be the actual cost.
MGB specific parts: Mintex brake pads. I tried these out and found they squealed like crazy with my brakes. I bevelled the edge before switching to regular pads. They are essentially new. Maybe you will have better luck with them: $30 1974 turn signal and wiper switch. These are in good shape except the DPO cut a couple of wires. I have no idea why: $30 for both. 1974 steering column (ignition not included). Threads need to be re-tapped due to a DPO but they aren’t bad: $50 Antenna. As you can see from the photos the gray part is scuffed up a bit. $10 Hood prop: $10 Rubber bumper steering wheel. No cracks, just dirty! $20 Shock cores for rebuilds – some may be fine to use as is but I can’t guarantee they won’t leak. $10 each MGB fan switch – the little white fan logo is rubbed off and I painted the chrome bezel. Not perfect but good enough for those that need glasses to see!: $10 Motolita hub adapter for 1974 steering column. I don’t know what other years it will fit but it came off a 1974: $40 GM/Rover 3.5 V8 parts: V8 emblem (in great shape). I have two but the second one has a scratch on it - $5 each Long nosed water pump pulley: $30 Miscellaneous harmonic dampeners and pulleys: $15 each. GM 3.5 rockers: $30 for the pair GM push rods: $10 Oil pump (not high volume). Includes springs and other bits and pieces you see in the photo: $20 Timing chain (new). I decided to go with a roller bearing timing chain: $30 Rover overflow tank: $30 Bell housing dust plate for a T5 transmission – new. I mistakenly bought it for my project but it doesn’t fit. $20 RV8 exhaust gaskets - new: $15 |

Re: More parts for sale (MGB and Rover/GM stuff)
I finally found out that dust shield is for a 3.4 v6 mated to the GM T5 housing.
