No rust on this fender. The bubbles you see in the pics is just tar that got flung
on there. Small dent were the bumper mounts. Previous owner installed this fender,
drove the car for less than a month then it sat for 28 years. Pickup only. Mundelein, IL
30 miles north of chicago
