I'm not sure if this would be of use to someone but I have a Rover EFI onboard diagnostic display for sale (the three didgit code display). You would need to splice it into your existing wiring harness if yours doesn't have one already.

$40 (what I paid for it) plus actual shipping costs from British Columbia, Canada
