No idea how much it really worth, so open to sensible offer.

Wotland,

Fascinating part !

This would be for a Buick 300 dry sump engine ? Correct ?

Would it match up to a Rover 4.0 block ? Could it be used on a Rover 4.0 block - along with all the dry sump hardware needed ?

Fascinating part !

keep them on the track

Wotland, What is a sensible offer ? Nice piece for a racing class, that forbids X bolted mains. "Might" machine to fit a 300 Buick. I believe mains bolts are further apart on 340/350". PM ? Cheers, roverman.

This would be for the 3.5, 3.9 or 4.2 engines with 2 bolt mains that the girdle would replace the stock main bearing caps.

Dry sump only.. #1 main "appears" further forward ? I don't see timing cover space, in front of #1 ? roverman.

Hi All,

1) yes it is for dry sump only

2) It has been designed for early 2 bolt main caps engine but can be used on X-bolted block. It can be converted.

3) Main caps are 2.3" but can be machined to 2.5"

4) Yes there is front provision for front timing cover.

5) thickness of pan can be machined for stroke up 3.52"

Art and friends, if interested, send me PM.

Cheers.
