I have a shaved down flywheel that I got off a wrecking yard engine in the early 70's. I have no idea how to find one today. Good luck. (I was simply trying to follow the posts but could figure that out!)

Jegs or Summit will have a McCleod steel flywheel. Ted Schumacher will have a lighter steel one.

I cut a D&D steel flywheel down to 20 lbs and think it could go lower, especially if you know a good guy with a waterjet machine.

Aluminum is the way to go though if you can afford one.
