Dakota Digital SGI-8 E Universal Tach interface

I purchased this interface 4 weeks ago when the signal from my PCM and engine harness (sourced from BMCAutos) did not have strong enough signal to drive my VDO tach . Unfortunately the signal was only 0.054 volts which is even too low for the SGI-8 E to amplify to the level required. I then went on vacation for two weeks and when I got back it was too late to return it to the manufacturer for a refund. This unit will work very well for many other applications and many car conversion guys are using one. You can choose 4,6 or 8 cylinder modes and it has two output levels. Cost me $85 plus shipping four weeks ago, asking $65 plus shipping

Price drop to $50 plus $5 shipping....quite a saving for someone especially considering that it is new.
