MGB V8 Project - Time for a new home

MGB V8 Project – Reality is setting in…I just do not have the resources to bring this project over the line.

I probably have 75% of what you need to build a really nice MGB V8. Items include,

- Rust-free 1980 MGB shell (with title, not much required to make it paint ready)
- New high-performance Rover V8 (built by D&D, zero miles)
- RV8 headers (Jet-coated)
- Moss coil-over front suspension (vented rotors, Wilwood brakes, assembled, never installed)
- Chromed windscreen with tinted glass (beautiful)
- Fiero seats (Black leather from Mr. Mikes)
- Deluxe carpet set for interior / trunk, interior panel kit
- A/C unit (body modified to fit behind dash)
- Wiring kit (Dan Masters)
- VDO gauges
- Power window / door lock kits
- Radiator (Aluminum)
- Fuel Tank (new)
- Boxes of additional new parts

Excluding the body, the parts alone cost well over $15K. $9,800 for entire package. Not interested in parting out. Call me if you want to dig into the details. 614-537-4959

Still looking to move this on to a new home. For $5,000 I will sell the following,

MGB Bodyshell - 1980 with title, no rust, includes doors, fenders, bonnet, modified for Vintage Air A/C (A/C components available separately), configured for dual exhaust and RV8 headers, top hats, integrated fuel door on fender, excludes boot lid (new Heritage boot lid available separately)

Rover 4.0L V8 - built by D&D, Offy intake and valve covers, Edelbrock Carb, chrome alternator and A/C compressor, billet pulleys, MSD distributor, never installed, ready to bolt in

RV8 Headers - from D&D

Front Suspension - Moss coil-over, vented rotors, Willwood brakes, 5 bolt hub, ready to install

This is equivalent to buying the engine and suspension at 50% and the bodyshell for free. Great start for someone looking for a new project.

I would really like to move this project on to someone who can get it on the road. Hence, I am dropping the price to $8700.

Call me to discuss in more detail.
