I have decided to sell my MGB V8 due, partly to health issues, but mostly because I have too many other car projects going on, am out of garage space and way too old to start looking for a new wife. This car was built by me in my garage and it is a really great and fun car to drive. Mechanically, the car is very sound, is extremely quick, loud and handles well. Cosmetically, it isn't perfect and could use a little updating. For example, paint is showing a few chips and cracks. It would be a great car for someone who wants to own a V8 powered MGB but doesn't have the skills (or funds) to build one from scratch. With a little TLC this car could be brought up to show level at a substantially lower cost than a fresh build from scratch. The "How it Was Done" is listed on this site and provides most of the pertinent information on the car and that information is up to date. I am located in Ohio, near Akron. I am asking $25,000. I agree.
If you can do a good picture spread, and there is guidance on that on their website, and provide some video with a good beefy drive-by and some in-car footage, I think that is a great place to reach enthusiastic buyers.

I do perceive though at the moment, that we are not feeling quite as rich as we thought we were.
