R380 transmission for a Jaguar XJ6

I am trying to find out how to install an R380 transmission in a late model 1987 Jaguar XJ6 (not an XJ40). The car currently has the BW66 in it. The automatic transmission is in good condition, I would just like to put the 5 speed standard transmission in. I prefer the R380 rather than current upgrades. This is a left-hand drive car so I would need the appropriate clutch pedal. I would probably also need the bell housing. If the R380 came out of a Rover, then I would need to make sure it is the correct version, and change the lay shaft.
