Re: 200 MPH Jaguar Sedan
That is a Fricking Joke.
Why would you waste your time doing that to a prettyy cool car. Mind I do think all this 1/4 mile stuff is just pointless and defiantely not rac'in! |

Eh! Why not.
Most people think we're crazy too. You gotta respect the work and it does look pretty cool. Cheers Fred |

Re: 200 MPH Jaguar Sedan/ it's your right !
Oddly enough, many people feel 1/8 mile drags is racing. The "Jag" is a Maxton Mile car. I like when anyone is independant enough, not to care if others will approve or not, on how they build their ride. Stay the course of your dream," Viva la Diffrance", roverman.

Re: 200 MPH Jaguar Sedan
Hey guys, lets not pee in someone elses lemonade, here. Let the other forums do that stuff. This car is not to my taste for style, but I'd love to drive it.
I'm with Roverman, build what you want and don't worry about anyone not liking it. I love driving my car and I personally think it is beautiful, I also know that not everyone agrees with my opinion of it. So what? To me, driving any modified car feels so much better than driving a stock car. As far as 1/4 or 1/8 mile not being racing, go out there and give it a try. You can run almost any car on a test and tune night for about $20. Cutting a perfect light at the same time you make a perfect launch is harder than you might think. Participating in any type of racing is better than sitting in a seat and watching someone else do it. |

Re: 200 MPH Jaguar Sedan
I have seen this car and driver at the Ohio Mile and they are great. A very well built car. I am alos building a Renault for this type racing with a tube chassis and Ford 2.3T power. My MK II will have a sbc or sbf power. The car IS British V8!
