A Fresh Look at Morgan's 100 Year Old Factory
![]() I toured the Morgan Motor Company's "Pickersleigh Road" factory in October. I'm pleased to announce that my snapshots and notes from that day have now been published here: Tour Morgan Motor Company's 100-Year-Old Sportscar Factory in 100 Photos Have a look, and let me hear your comments! |
Re: A Fresh Look at Morgan's 100 Year Old Factory
Curtis, I really enjoyed that! You are really talented at putting these presentations together!
Now, surely you made trips to the MG, Triumph, Jaguar and Austin Healey factories so I can see those guys putting together new cars? I wish! I'll probably never own a Morgan, but it makes me happy that they still exist as a throwback to the "good old days". Hopefully the family issues don't result in any dire results, like a sale to some uber-giant consortium. P.S., I just realized the factory is only 40 miles from the town I visit regularly for work. You probably drove through the Cotswolds? Beautiful area! Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 01/17/2014 04:21PM by mgbreis. |
