Really long journals...

When Project Journal messages get to a certain size, our message board software stops letting new info be added.

There are theoretically two size limit thresholds: (1) number of attached photos, and (2) number of typed characters in the data file (including spaces). Several writers have hit one or the other, and that's why you might see some journals labeled "Part 2" in their titles.

I don't know why I didn't think of this before...

After you've started a Part 2 (or higher) journal, let me know if you'd like me to use my Moderator superpowers to "merge" your two threads into one. In other words, "Part 2" will simply look like the second message in a normal (non-Journal) thread.
