New member...new project.....302 powered "78" Midget.
Year 2 of an estimated 3 year project......"78" rust free Arizona Midget with a 302/C4 Ford drive line, 8.8 Ford rear with 3.75 gear, Mustang II front end including P/R&P, and 4 wheel disc brakes. I have adapted a 350Z custom nose and now working on the rear panel and incorporation of a large wing. 70 years old so I hope to live long enough to finish it for my Grandsons to play with..? lol!
Well.....Alamost starting the 3rd year of my project and the MG (Midget) Cobra is coming right along. Hope to have it completed and on the road by the middle of Summer! I would appreciate any comments positive or negative..! Getting closer to firing the MG COBRA up.....Just a couple late pictures. Enjoy! Well folks....I have lived long enough to finally finish this 3 year project. Enjoyed every minute of it....but glad it's finally finished....! getting ready to load in the trailer to head to the upholstery shop tomorrow.....! All comments would really be appreciated...! Ohhhh.......By the way, I just drove it today for the first time.......S C A R Y!!!!!! Sure wish I was 18 Again......!!!!! Well Folks.....I did it, stayed alive to finish my Bucket List project having just finished picking up the MG Cobra from the upholstery shop yesterday...! Funny how the upholsterer always gets the glory for putting the final touch to a long project....! Many Thanks to Gary Barry from Barry's Auto Service in South Bend IN for another (4 to be exact for me) beautiful designed and fabricated interior...! Edited 11 time(s).
