Project Journals

This forum is for periodically updating the community on how your project is progressing! It's for use before your project is ready for inclusion in the "Photo Gallery" and before your "How It Was Done" article is written.

In this forum, readers won't be empowered to comment or ask questions. Sometimes when people start describing a project's progress on other forums, their message thread gets knocked "off topic" by a well-meaning reader's question or suggestion. We've simply turned off the "reply" feature here.

To update your own journal, use the "edit" feature. Please note that you can post up to 100 photos or illustrations (gif or jpg files, up to 600KB each). Show us photos of your whole process, your tools, and all your special design details and features.

To comment on someone else's journal, use our nifty "private message" system, or else start a thread in one of the other forums.

Ready to start a journal? In the Subject Line, please include your name, the model of your car, and the type of engine used. (Example: "Dan Masters' 1974 MGB-GT with Ford 302 V8") Please use just one journal per project car. Use separate journals if you have more than one car in the works.
