I'm in no way related to the seller, but I thought one of you guys might find this desirable.

Re: '67 Tiger Engine - Craigslist - 250 bucks
Wow! I have no interest but at $250 there must be something on it that's worth the money. With only a year of service, it can't have many miles on it. Almost worth buying just to see what I might have. Almost...

I guess it might be worth something to the original Tiger owner from which the motor came. Otherwise, it's a 200 hp 289. Yawn! OTOH, if it were a hipo 289, I'm all in!

Re: '67 Tiger Engine - Craigslist - 250 bucks
Just saying...if it's not seized or blown, parted out, it's got to be worth a bunch north of $250...even for a lowly 260 or 289. same goes for the guy on here that's selling the rusted out early B for $300. The dash, which is intact and complete, is worth more than that. If had the room and the time, I'd grab them both and start dismantling and selling. Of course, I'd have plenty time...after the divorce became final.

David,
You might have the time after the divorce, but you'd probably be looking for a room. |
