I'm having trouble finding any actual information on putting a Miata engine in a B. Can anyone point me to such?

A friend of Pete and myself is doing this conversion on a 1975 MGB.

He just started the project.

He lives in central Illinois.

Grass Roots Motorsports did an MGB GT Miata conversion about 2 years ago. By far the major problem is that part of the engine electronics resides in the steering column and it has a code specific to the engine. Getting the engine to run without transferring the steering column is apparently very difficult.

Larry...I believe that the GRM project is the one that Eclectic Motorworks completed.

Are you coming to BritishV8 in Indy? I see your name on the hotel list, but haven't gotten our registration yet!

Yes, I plan to come to British V8 in July, but for some reason, I always register late.

It really helps the organizers to send in those registrations. :)
