MGA coil springs

Does anyone know the true stock height of the front springs. I dont want to buy new ones if they are still good. They look in good shape, but im not sure if they have lost some of their spring weight over the years.

Dave, I'm pretty sure that the spring used on the MGA was the same as the early MGB roadster spring both in rate and height. This chart will help you determine if the springs are still at original free height and if you need a heavier spring will help you find one that will work for your application.
