hi im doing a v8 conversion can anyone tell what cars or vans i can get a lt77 gear box from to fit my rover sd1 v8 engine thanks

Other than the SD1 itself, the LT77 was also used in the TR8 and RV8 (early cars). Check with RPI Engineering [www.v8engines.com] as well. These guys know more about Rover engine and gearboxes than anyone I've seen .

Truck versions I'd be careful with gearing and not being suitable for car use. Just a thought.
