There ought to be a rule that says you never say anything in an e-mail that you wouldn't say to someone's face. Would sure cut down on a lot the rhetoric as well as move resolution along a little faster. Both parties should pick up a telephone and get things sorted out. A public forum is no place for private differences.

To whom it may concern: this thread was up to 16 or 17 messages long, but earlier this evening the gentleman who posted the original message deleted the original post and also all five or six of his follow-ups. That's certainly his prerogative, but it left the thread incomprehensible. As "moderator", I've decided the right thing to do is delete all but my favorite of the replies and close the thread.
