5 spd for MGB
Is there anyone that makes a kit to adapt a T5 to the 1.8 MGB motor instead of the T9?

If Mr. Headley sees this I would like to be informed when he has it ready.

Thank you for the link. I will have to contact him through his site and see what I can find out.

Re: 5 spd for MGB
I sent him a e mail and he said to get back to him in mid October. Hopefully it will not be priced too high.

Re: 5 spd for MGB
Dave posted last night on another forum that he'd just made his first test drive with the T5 and liked it very much, should have more information on the kits etc in October when he gets back from vacation. Sounds like a neat swap and much easier to find T5s here than Ford type 9s and even the Nissan Z car transmissions are getting harder to locate.
