ready to start. could i get the best way to remv eng and tranny 79 mgb drop rear mt ? or unbolt trans and engine and all out at once first mgb project have removed hood do you need to jack up rear or just pull out flat on ground any easy tips thanks barry

Engine & tranny all together. I've done it w/front up on ramps.

Pull both together. I do it with the rear of the car up on jackstands, engine hoist & using a floor jack under the trans.
