3.4 crate engine with iron heads valve seals

Gentlemen,
I have a MGA with a 3.4 crate engine that I would like to add valve seals to. And while I was in there I was thinking about adding a set of 1.6 roller rockers. Has anyone done this to this engine with favorable results? Thanks!

PM sent, Jim. I've had good luck with the blue Viton Perfect Circle type seals.

It's like doing it on anything else. A little pressure to the cylinders and break the hold that the valve retainers have.

A set of 1.6 ratio roller rockers should work even with a SFI motor.
