...begging your patience, I'll cross-post this here for MG fans who don't get over to our racing forum.

Many of you have probably read B.S. Levy's "The Last Open Road".

All those races B.S. Levy described... well, this car was at pretty much all of them!

Duncan Black's Lester MG Racecar ("KUR4")

If you have friends who prefer older MG models, please consider recommending this article to them. Especially if they followed road-racing in the early fifties, they're likely to remember the famous Lester MG racecars fondly.

Jim Mayers piloted the #2 Lester MG in The British Empire Trophy race on the Isle of Man in 1951.
After the race, the car was sold and shipped off to America. It finished 2nd at Watkins Glen later that year.
