Haven't checked over here for a while now, been away with work alot so not had much of a chance.

Made a few changes to the B recently (anti tramp bars, fitted the Quaife diff along with a new 3.07 axle, 15" minilights) so I thought i'd share a couple of pictures...

Beautiful car Paul. The Minilites look good against the black paint. Can't see the Quaife or 3.07 but I'll take your word. ;-) How do you like the performance with the 3.07?

Thanks Bill, it's been a long time coming to get it the way it is.

The 3.07 makes it so much better, the 3.9 was rediculous on british roads. Now i can actually use 1st gear and make use of the torque on the open road without having to shift all the time.

Quaife was worth it too, if only for the fun factor!

The 15" wheels look great! Let me know the exact tire and wheel models and sizes, and I'll update your "How It Was Done" write-up. Did you sell your Dunlop wheels?

I'm not surprised that the gear change was a big improvement. I drove around for about two years with a 3.9:1 gear - two years too long! I'd like to drive a Quaife sometime - to see how much difference there is between it and Traction-Lok (et al, which are much easier to find and cheaper here in North America).

Hey Curtis,

Yeah i like the 15" look, fills the arches much more. They're Minilights 15x6.5J with 195-60-15 tires.

I didn't sell the dunlops no, as it goes we've bought a factory GT v8 recently and we used a combination of my wheels and the ones on it already to make the best looking set.

The 3.9 was not alot of fun really, always at high rpms and shifting more than i should be. Also terrible on fuel!

The Quaife is brilliant, took her out on a grass field last week and 'tested' it out.
