Clutch disc compatibility

Help: Have a '94 Camaro 3.4L and an S-10 bell housing. Have a WC T-5 from an 89 Camaro. Have a clutch disc/pressure plate/flywheel from an S-10 but having compatibility problems.
The input shaft on the T-5 is right at 1 1/8" with 26 splines. The clutch disc is 9 3/4" dia with about a 1" center hole and 14 splines. I NEED a clutch disc with the 1" hole and 26 splines. Is there a clutch disc I can get to replace the one I have and make this simple.

Thanks

Tom

I believe you want a 2.2 4 cylinder S-10 disk. 9 1/4" dia., 1 1/8" input,26 spline.
