Hello every one! I am so happy that I found this web page. I working on a 1979 midget with a 2.3 ford turbo swap now. Been a couple years in work but I am working on her. I am hoping to get some pic's up soon of the car as I go. If any one is working on or has done one of these I would love to talk with you. I have countless hours of my project now and cant wait to see her done. she going to be a rocket!

Welcome to the forum!! Yes we look forward to seeing some pictures and info on how you are doing this project. Check out this link on a cool midget with a 3500 Gm V6 (235 horspepower) that should be a tire smoker also.

OK...Mike, thanks for giving me the heads up on this. Guys, I TOO, am putting a 2.3 Turbocharged 4 from a Thunderbird in a Midget....However, this Midget is getting an Arkley body. I'll try to load some pictures. Let's stay in touch. So far, I have the donor car but we haven't pulled the engine yet. The Midget has had it's engine bay cleaned out and work is progressing on doors.
