Project Journal updated

I recenltly updated my Project Journal on building the 50s period MG Special. I realize that many have likely given up, as I have not updated for over a year. What progress has been made is starting to get to the details, so I thought that you all didn't need to see every little bracket....and my shop was too dirty to turn my camera on.....my excuse, sticking to it...
In any case, it is further along than before, and I'm still looking for a) a rebuildable 1.8 MGB engine, and b) any references to shops that are familiar with B motors in the Denver/Colorado Springs front range area. I have heard mention of a machine shop in Denver with the name "Sigi's", or maybe he is the principle and the shop is in another name. An online search did not help.. Any clues?

Too bad you're not closer. I have both an 18V and an 18GB that I won't be needing.

These engines are pretty easy to find; there should be one nearby.

You could try to get in touch with Al Wulf in Wheat Ridge, who has a conversion and is on this site once in awhile. He visited me here in Nebraska once and is a really really nice guy. Also obviously an enthusiast and might have some local knowledge.

Larry Barnes and several others in the local area attended the 2014 Brit V8 show in Colorado Springs - I'm sure there is some local knowledge among them.
