1952 MG TD 350/T5
Extensively reworked TD in CA.
350 SBC, T5, 8". And did you ever see such neat hydraulics. 72 spoke wires on TR6 hubs. MGB rack. Worth reading the write-up on BaT where this car is currently for sale, with the builder engaging in an extensive Q&A. Several commentators seem nervous at the power in a short wheelbase, but surely that's rather the point? Oops, forgot the link [bringatrailer.com] Ivor Edited 2 time(s). Re: 1952 MG TD 350/T5
The TD has a 3" longer wheelbase than an MGB and nobody seems concerned about that combo, I have 535 hp in my 91" MGB.

Yes, and the TR4/5/6/ is 88".
Some people just like to find things to cluck about. And then, many youngsters have never driven a 'proper' car without all the electronic and safety gizmos. At this rate it won't sell. $7,231 bid for a car that must have absorbed hundreds of hours. Ivor |
