B + SVO turbo
On BaT, a slightly modified 1970 B roadster with four-banger SVO turbo that has the pearl clutchers out in force.

Re: B + SVO turbo
Actually that gives me some ideas. It's been about 4 decades since I first created my tilt front end. I revised it a couple times until the paint job, close to 2 decades back but there was always a concern about the stiffness lost with the wings unbolted. I solved that by the unsurprising wretched excess of adding in massive stainless steel runners but that was overkill and has brought me no end of panel alignment difficulties. It is stout and looks good but perhaps there is a better approach. Unless those button head capscrews on the rail are just for show, this builder may have happened upon a better option by placing the reinforcement below the rail instead of above it. I will have to look into that.

Re: B + SVO turbo
Looks like it sold for 10K. While its not my cup of tea, hopefully the new owner enjoys it.
