O2 Sensors

Thinking about upgrades and better performance - I'm running an Edlebrock 400 CFM carb on a 3.9L Rover V8 - I've gone through a 1st round of jet changes (better performance, much less "smoke"), and read a bit about Moss sale on O2 sensor. I'm thinking about fuel injection, but was wondering if adding an O2 sensor beforehand would help "tune" my carb? Or should I just start work on Fuel Injection....thanks.

Don, a wide band O2 sensor is always a good idea regardless of your induction system. Not only will it help you dial in your carb, but then should you decide to go to efi you'll have a much better idea of what your engine likes, making the tuning of the efi just that much easier.
