Check it out! [www.britishv8.org]
(13 photos, and more coming soon! This car currently belongs to Hayes Harris, and it's for sale at www.wirewheel.com. More info on the car and the sale will be included in the next newsletter issue.)

As we've discussed before, MG V8 conversions go way, way back... certainly to the early fifties anyway. Also, at least one Buick 215 had been installed in an MG as early as 1962. Still, photos and documentation of the early engine swaps can be hard to come by. This new addition to our photo gallery is the earliest MGB V8 we've found photos and documentation for.

If you guys have something earlier, please send it in! (However, please keep in mind that we can't publish copyrighted images without proper permission.)

Awesome car!! Great find, Curtis. Holman & Moody motor, looks like a Hurst shifter, the old cowled headlights.... A beaut.
