No oil to the cylinder head!!

I have 40lbs of oil pressure but no oil on the camshaft!! Does anyone have any ideas on it besides a blocked galley? Cylinder head is not blocked...

It is a stock 2 litre TR7 engine that I purchased from a guy who started a restoration project and never finished it. The motor was advertised as being professionaly rebuilt with receipts I have the receipts. It appears the oil galley is plugged some where never did get any oil to the head ( and god nows what else was starving for oil) from the day one. Oil pressure at the sending unit.

Sorry not much help on TR7 heads. But on Fords and 's the oil flow comes fron the valve train. That is from the lifters through push rods rockers and back down the drain holes. Maybe one of the 7 guys can add to this.

One more thing if the cam bearings are new and not installed correctly, that is oil holes not lined up that could be the problem.
