Ali, such projects when done outside of a custom body fabrication shop generally use existing components which are close to the shape and size needed, usually sourced from scrapped autos. For a top and rear section that might be close in size and width to the TR6 I'd think something like the top section from an older 1970s era Opel Kadett would be pretty close. I'd suggest taking measurments of the upper section of the TR6 and then just making a trip to the local breakers and do some comparison measurments until you find something close to what you need. Sourcing from an existing auto also makes the necessary glass work much easier than having to have custom class made to order. There will still be plenty of need for hand made panels to join the top to the rest of the body and make it look professional.

Alikb-
Back in the 1960ies this was done to a Triumph TR4, Should be easy to find for an excellent reference since the TR6 and TR4 have the same layout less particular shapes at the front and rear ends. It was called the Dove GTR4 build by Harrington who also built the Harrington hardtop/fast back Sunbeam Alpines.

The rear section from a Volvo P1800 ES might be an option. I believe it was one of the first cars with a rear hatch that was totally glass.

Cheers,
