Preventive maintenance for Mk3?

I have been searching for a "guide" for how to maintain my Spitfire Mk3, but I have not found a good guide yet.
Can anyone help?
Example the "turnnion" how to lubricate (some say only use gearoil.how much should I use..?) etc.

Thanks

Hi Markus - you might try the Triumph Experience site... [www.triumphexperience.com].

This site is more about engine swaps & other performance upgrades.
