Saves all that pesky work getting the exhaust system back underneath to the rear of the car!Probably needs a periscope though. Gotta admire the tenacity

Rob, I can see why you thought of those two gents. They both installed their Ford exhaust manifolds swapped side-for-side and thus directing waste forward. Chuck Wiegle went further with his backwards theme, by putting a radiator in the trunk. He is indeed from somewhere in South Caroline, but I think Dennis McIntyre is/was from near Toronto.
