This has been offered before a few times. Maybe a year now.
Too 'different' for the UK, and it's a leftie which doesn't help.
I'd say it's perhaps £8k overpriced. Unless he gets very lucky.

Anyway, I've seen the car, we followed its creation on the TRR UK forum, and despite the somewhat incoherent description, it's well built by a very competent chap who has owned it some years and also owns a Corvette.

If I were comparing it with that black one that's on offer in Georgia atm, this is way better, imho. It has proper lighting, a heater, windscreen wipers, it's a real car not a toy.
Although it has the same drawback of a non-overdrive box.

Anyway, there it is.

Not only your opinion. Wouldn't say I dislike it, but I'm not overkeen.
In fact, it was the body mods that really got people steamed on the TRR forum.
I've noticed the same on 6-Pack - most people really don't like body mods.
I'm rather in that camp - I always think standard cars with no bumpers look, well, just wrong.

Ivor,
Could you please give me a link to the 6-Pack and TRR discussions?
Thanks,
Ken

Urrrgh.

The 6-Pack discussions, not just this car, but pretty much any car with body mods gets the thumbs-down on 6-Pack. I can't remember where the thread is, it was a long time ago, sorry.

On the TRR forum, the same attitude prevails.
Now, Kel - for that is his name - built his car perhaps 4/5 years ago, and on the TRR forum I can only search back in members' posts for two years. Also, in the forums I can't search for TLAs, so Kel and TR6 are verboten. Also 327 and 350.
However, searching for Corvette gets me these;

As you can see, he's been a long time not selling it. Try an offer. It's very well finished, a nice useable car.

Ken,

6-Pack link: [www.6-pack.org]

They have an "upgrade" section just for cars like this. Some pretty nice cars there.

I wouldn't say there were too many people got steamed - having actually read the thread.
But it's still not to my taste.

Now the TR register otoh...
They didn't like mine much either :D

We need to see more pictures of your car!!

Cheers
